Raj began his career as a litigator with one of the UK’s Top 100 law firms before moving into leadership, where he grew one of the largest Insurance Litigation teams in the East Midlands.
Driven by a passion for building smarter, more efficient firms, he later co-founded Mezzle, focusing on growth strategy and law firm mergers.
With Kai Collab, Raj brings together his expertise in law, operations, recruitment and international expansion to help ambitious firms grow, attract talent and explore new opportunities in the UK and the Middle East, with a particular focus on Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
In addition, he provides tailored support for individuals relocating to the region, helping them navigate the transition with confidence and success.
